1. Scope of Services

SENHEDA WOOD / SHD Timber specializes in supplying African hardwoods, including but not limited to:
- African Round Logs
- Squares
- Sawn Timber
- Veneer
- Kiln-dried Timber and Custom-sized Timber

We provide timber sourcing, container loading, export, logistics coordination, and trade documentation support to global timber importers, wholesalers, furniture manufacturers, building material suppliers, and processing companies.

2. Product Information

Timber is a natural material, and its color, texture, density, moisture content, and dimensions may vary reasonably due to differences in tree species, origin, batch, and processing methods. Website images, product descriptions, and technical information are for reference only. The final product specifications, grades, quantities, prices, and delivery terms are subject to the quotation, pro forma invoice, contract, or order documents confirmed by both parties.

3. Quotation and Orders

Customers can submit their purchasing needs to us via website, email, telephone, or WhatsApp. Quotations are typically determined based on the following factors:
- Timber species, grade, specifications, and quantity
- Origin, stock, and harvesting/processing status
- Port of shipment, port of destination, and mode of transport
- Market conditions, exchange rates, freight costs, and related export charges
- Required certificates and customs clearance documents

Orders are subject to written confirmation from both parties. Unconfirmed quotations do not constitute a final sales commitment.

4. Payment Terms

Payment methods, payment schedules, letter of credit requirements, deposit percentage, and final payment arrangements are subject to the contract, pro forma invoice, or order confirmation signed by both parties. If the customer fails to make payment as agreed, we reserve the right to suspend preparation, shipment, or document delivery.

5. Export Documentation and Compliance

Based on the order and the requirements of the importing country, we can assist in providing relevant export and trade documents, including:
- Bill of Lading (B/L)
- Certificate of Origin (CO)
- Phytosanitary Certificate
- CITES Certificate
- EU Timber Regulation (EUTR) related compliance documents
- Timber Wrapping List/Packing List
- Other customs clearance documents agreed upon by both parties

For products involving CITES-controlled tree species or special import requirements, customers should inform the destination country's regulations in advance. We will provide document support based on the actual goods, the regulations of the country of origin, and the approval status of relevant agencies.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers should ensure that their procurement, import, sale, and use of timber products comply with the laws and regulations of their country or region, including customs, tax, quarantine, CITES, EUTR, or other timber legality requirements. Customers should provide accurate company information, receiving information, destination port information, and customs clearance requirements.

7. Delivery and Risk

The delivery method, trade terms, risk transfer, insurance liability, and cost allocation shall be subject to the FOB, CFR, CIF, or other incoterms terms confirmed by both parties. International transportation may be affected by factors such as weather, port congestion, changes in shipping schedules, customs inspections, and policy changes. We will make every effort to coordinate logistics, but we are not liable for delays caused by uncontrollable factors.

8. Quality Inspection and Disputes

Customers should promptly check the quantity, specifications, and appearance of the goods upon receipt. If obvious problems are found, they should provide evidence such as photos, videos, packing slips, bills of lading, and inspection records within a reasonable period and contact us. We will negotiate a solution based on the contract, industry practice, and the actual situation.

9. Intellectual Property

The text, images, product information, trademarks, page design, and other content on this website belong to SENHEDA WOOD / SHD Timber or the relevant rights holders. Without authorization, no unit or individual may copy, reproduce, modify, or use them for commercial purposes.

10. Terms Update

We may update these Terms of Service as needed for business, legal, or website operations. The updated terms will take effect upon publication on the website.
